  • English Very nice and wild naturist spot in northern Tuscany, roughly 80 mins by car from Florence.
    The nudist community has been visiting this section of the river for over 40 years. It is now more or less accepted by locals, also because it is rather difficult to access and so it is rare that people would end up in the middle of it by coincidence. It tends to be men and women downstream (around where I put the pin) and men only upstream (about 1 km up the river from where the pin is).
    It is unfortunately plagued by voyeurs that however tend to visit in mid to late afternoon.
    The river is very slippery, so you better bring some suitable shoes with a good grip if you wish to walk in it. You might have to, depending on the season, to cross it in some spots.
